This Privacy Policy explains how AskAladdin Pte Ltd (we, us) collect, use, and protect the personal information registrants provide when they complete online registration forms (the service) created by us for clients’ projects. The use of the service is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect
When registrants complete our online registration form, we may collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and other details tasked by the client to collect.
• Other Information: Any additional information that the registrants choose to provide in the form.

3. How We Use The Information
We use the information collected from the registration form for the following purposes:

• To record the registration and send acknowledgement email.
• To collate the data for backend administrators view.

4. Sharing Information
We do not sell the personal information. All registrants’ records are only used by the client who tasked us to create the online registration form. The client’s usage on the personal information is up to the client’s discretion and is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention
We retain the personal information only for as long as necessary to collate and handing over to the client. All personal information will be destroyed upon the client's permission to do so. No backup of the personal information in any form exists.

6. Data Security
We work with third-party host that is ISO 27001 certified, to implement reasonable security measures to protect submitted information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Links
Websites created by us may contain links to third-party websites as provided by clients. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. Please review their privacy policies.

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
